About the Chennai Freshers Talent Pool

The Chennai Freshers Talent Pool is a small, free pilot run by TechnoYes, a web design and digital company in Chennai. We want to help freshers get seen by local employers, and help small employers find fresh talent without spending on job portals.

Our rule is simple: your name, phone, email and resume are never shared with an employer unless you say yes to that specific introduction. Employers first see a short anonymous summary only.
