This notice explains how the Chennai Freshers Talent Pool (run by TechnoYes, Chennai) handles your information. It is written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

If you join the pool through our form: your name, phone number, email, area in Chennai, education, skills, experience, expected salary, availability, your resume file, and the permissions you give.

Why we collect it

Only to match you with job opportunities and to contact you about them. Nothing else.

Who sees it

Only the TechnoYes team. Employers see a short anonymous summary (education, skills, roles wanted) with no name, phone, email or resume. We share your name, contact details or resume with an employer only after you say yes to that specific introduction. If you do not reply, the answer is no.

Where it is stored

In a private Google Sheet and Google Drive folder protected by two-step verification. They are never shared by link.

How long we keep it

For 12 months from your last activity, then we delete it. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see what we hold, correct it, withdraw your consent and have it deleted. Email technoyessolutions@gmail.com and we will act within 7 days.

What we never do

We never sell your data, post your resume publicly, or share it with anyone you have not approved. We do not take money from freshers.

Children

This pilot is for adults only. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

This website

The website itself uses Google Analytics, only if you press Accept on the cookie banner, to count visits. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security. You can change your analytics choice at any time.

If something goes wrong

If there is ever a data leak, we will tell the people affected and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
